Return and Refund Policy

Please note that we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues upon receiving your order, such as an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at jake.tyler.office@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception.

Starting an Authorized Return

Should we authorize a return due to damage or other issues, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. In such cases, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving authorization for a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

As we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, exchanges are typically not offered. If you have an issue with an item you received (e.g., damage), please contact us at jake.tyler.office@gmail.com to discuss a resolution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in the event of a 14-day cooling-off period return. To exercise this right, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at jake.tyler.office@gmail.com to initiate this process. 

Refunds for Authorized Returns

If a return is authorized and received, we will notify you once we’ve inspected the item and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at jake.tyler.office@gmail.com.
