This is a beautiful and exceptionally slim Seiko Dolce quartz dress watch, reference 8N40-5080, dating from 1992. As part of Seiko's premium Dolce line, this model is notable for its ultra-thin profile, measuring approximately 5mm thick, which allows it to sit very elegantly on the wrist. It features a sophisticated two-tone rectangular case, housing a cool silver dial with a vertical striped texture and applied gold-tone indices. It is powered by the reliable Seiko 8N40 quartz calibre and retains its original stainless steel bracelet.
The watch is presented in good overall vintage condition. The crystal is in great shape with no noticeable marks, and the striped silver dial is in great condition with some minor, attractive patina. The case and original bracelet are both in good condition, showing signs of wear consistent with age. Please note, however, that the decorative cabochon on the crown is chipped, though the crown itself remains fully functional for setting the time. The watch has been tested and is both fully functioning correctly and keeping accurate time. Please review the photos to assess the condition, particularly of the crown.
