Vintage Seiko Dolce Mens Two Tone Dress Watch - 8N40-6090 - 1992

The Seiko Dolce line was designed as Seiko's higher-end dress range in Japan, focused on slim proportions, refined finishing and understated luxury rather than oversized styling or unnecessary complications. This 1992 example captures that philosophy perfectly with its fine bracelet design, elegant two-tone finish and subtle vertically textured dial. The gold accents against the silver case give it a distinctly late-80s/early-90s look that feels surprisingly modern today. A clean, minimalist watch that slips on easily as an everyday piece while still carrying that classic JDM Dolce charm. (and its only 5mm thick!)

This example presents very well overall. Crystal remains in great condition and the dial is clean with the vertical texture still crisp and prominent. The original bracelet is fitted and retains the correct period look. Case shows light signs of wear consistent with age while maintaining sharp lines and good overall presentation. The cabochon insert is broken. Extensively tested and keeping good time.
