1990 JDM Seiko tank in gold plate, with a blue cabochon crown and a textured champagne dial. Flip it over and the caseback is engraved with what I can tell translates to "In grateful commemoration of many years of service, presented by the Hokkaido Board of Education." A really nice bit of history. The caseback also rates it antimagnetic to 60 gauss, so your phone or laptop won't mess with it. Measures 29mm across with the crown, 36mm lug to lug and 6mm thick.
In great condition. Very little wear on the crystal or dial, and the case is good. Fitted with a replacement leather strap. Fits up to a 20cm wrist. Extensively tested and working well.
