This is a proper 1990s Seiko sports quartz, ref 7T32-7B80, dated to 1995. It's a genuine multi-function piece, a working chronograph, alarm and tachymeter bezel all in the one case, built for someone who actually used their watch rather than just told the time with it. Three real functions running off a quartz movement from this era is no small thing.
The crystal has some minor marks from wear, the black dial remains clean and bright, and the stainless steel case and bracelet show light signs of wear consistent with age. Extensively tested and working very well, keeping accurate time.
