The Seiko Dolce line was the brand's flagship for quartz precision through the 1980s and this tank shows exactly why it earned that reputation. The case measures a genuinely slim 5mm thick, shaving the movement down to the bare minimum so the watch disappears under a shirt cuff rather than announcing itself, no small feat of engineering for a quartz caliber of this era. The gold dial has a warm, almost buttery shine that photographs beautifully next to the black leather strap, and the cabochon crown is a small but classic Dolce styling touch.
Crystal and dial are both in great shape, case has only minor wear consistent with age, and the cabochon crown is in good condition. Fitted with a new saffiano leather strap with matching gold-tone hardware. Extensively tested and working well.
