A genuine piece of 1960s Seiko history, this Skyliner Calendar runs on a hand-wound 21 jewel movement with Diashock protection built in, an early shock-absorption system that protects the movement from knocks, genuinely advanced engineering for a watch this age. The sunburst silver dial and date window give it a handsome, understated dress watch look.
Great condition for its age, with only minor wear given it's over 60 years old. The crystal and dial are in good shape, and the stainless steel case has held up well. Fitted with a quality replacement leather strap. Extensively tested and working very well, keeping good time.
